Our Cloud Apps are developed using the Atlassian Forge App Framework ("Atlassian Forge") or Atlassian Connect App framework ("Atlassian Connect"). Cloud Apps (Forge)

Atlassian Forge is an app framework designed with a strong emphasis on security and privacy. Apps developed using Forge are hosted exclusively on Atlassian's servers, ensuring that all app data is stored in a secure environment managed by Atlassian. Atlassian Forge handles critical functions like authentication, authorisation, software execution, and data management. The storage location for app data corresponds with your Jira or Confluence Cloud region, ensuring data localisation and compliance with regional regulations. By leveraging Atlassian's robust infrastructure, we guarantee the highest level of security and professionalism for your app data.

 

Data Storage

By default, our Cloud Apps do not store Customer Data locally. Instead, the Customer Data is stored within the respective Atlassian Cloud Product. This practice ensures that your data remains within Atlassian's secure environment.
