Here are some of the limitations that this add on has:

  • Highlights from ascii doc will not work as the editor does not support highlighting of text right now.

  • Uploaded documents will be created as a child page of the current page context.

 

Here's a glimpse of the upcoming enhancements that are set to elevate its capabilities further:

  • Expanded Document Support: While the tool currently specialises in Ascii documents, future updates aim to broaden its scope, accommodating a wider range of document formats.

  • Image Integration: We are working towards incorporating image support within Ascii documents. This feature will enable the tool to seamlessly translate and embed images, enriching the visual appeal and effectiveness of your Confluence pages.

  • Bulk Upload Functionality: To streamline the documentation process, we are developing the capability to upload multiple documents or entire folders simultaneously.
